Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Mela on the web, in Telegram or on Android.
Your account
One account is for one student. Give the student's real name and a phone number you can receive SMS on. Keep your phone and login codes to yourself.
Payments and access
Access is sold per grade, for the number of days shown before you pay. You pay by telebirr or bank transfer and send the payment reference; a person checks it before the grade unlocks. Access belongs to the account, whichever device or Telegram account you use.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time. Paid access ends with the account and is not refunded.
Exam content and videos
The questions and videos are for your own study. Do not copy, record, sell or share them.
The service
We work to keep Mela available and correct, but we cannot promise it never stops or has no mistakes. Tell us when you find one.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page.
